Need to cancel your order? Contact us at the same email address. Just remember, we can only cancel orders that haven’t shipped yet, so reach out ASAP with your order number.

Return & Exchange items must be returned in new condition. 

All flash sales, blowout sales, and end-of-season sales over 35% off are final. If the inner plastic lens protector is removed from any snow products, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

For sunglasses purchased with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal, you can exchange any pair of equal value at no cost. To receive a full refund, you must return all three pairs together. Partial returns (one or two pairs) will not be refunded.
