How do I make a return or exchange?

Yes! We are partnered with Lensabl for the Rx side of things so that you can have your prescription added to your favorite Detour's! Here is the link to how that works and for pricing: https://www.lensabl.com/detour-eyewear

Do you offer prescription lenses?

If you're tracking is showing delivered but your package has not arrived yet please wait a couple business days. USPS's tracking system is not perfect and typically they will show up a day or two later after being marked as delivered. 

If tracking shows delivered to parcel locker or community mailbox please reach out to USPS to open a case. Chances are your mail carrier placed them in the wrong box (we're all human). Once a case is opened they will send the carrier out to check the other boxes and the issue is typically resolved in a day or two. 

You can reach USPS at 1-800-275-8777. If you're issue is not resolved in a few days after opening your case please send us an email.

Like all sunglasses cleaning or wiping the lens with salt water will eventually wear down the coating on your lenses leaving spots.</li><li>Be Gentle: Any time you clean the lens gently wipe with a clean cloth. Excessive pressure can wear down protective coatings over time.</li><li>Heat: As you know parked cars can get hot, like 170&#xB0;F hot! This kind of heat is no bueno for sunglasses, or anything for that matter! If you leave your sunglasses in your car try to keep them out of direct sunlight. Over time those high temperatures in direct sunlight can take an effect on your shades.</li><li>Lens Cleaners: Do NOT use any lens cleaners on your lenses. These would be okay on certain glass lenses but the chemicals will destroy the lens mirror coating.
