My USPS Tracking Says Delivered, But I Haven’t Received My OrderUpdated 8 months ago
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it yet, please wait a couple of business days. USPS's tracking system isn't perfect, and packages often arrive a day or two after being marked as delivered.
If your tracking indicates the package was delivered to a parcel locker or community mailbox, please contact USPS to open a case. Sometimes, packages are placed in the wrong box. Once a case is opened, USPS will send the carrier to check the other boxes, and the issue is usually resolved within a day or two.
